The Vision:

Designed for a young, busy family, this Pacific Palisades home pairs a traditional East Coast sensibility with a distinctly California sense of ease. A layered palette of blues, expressive artwork, and playful contemporary textiles brings freshness and personality to the interiors, creating a home that feels collected, spirited, and entirely its own.

The Approach:

Working within the home’s traditional architecture, custom millwork and built-ins add character and functionality, while classic furnishings are mixed with contemporary textiles, art, and pattern for a less expected point of view. Shades of navy, teal, aquamarine, and softer blues create a unifying thread throughout, balancing the home’s traditional influences with the energy and playfulness of the family who lives there.
