The Approach:
Working within the home’s original footprint, this renovation refined the architecture to create a brighter, more open flow while preserving its California ranch character. Rustic warmth and tailored details balance sophistication with relaxed livability, while the dining room feels intimate yet naturally connected to the kitchen.
