Perched along the Pacific, this modern Los Angeles beach house pairs sweeping ocean views with light, airy interiors. A calm palette and seamless indoor-outdoor connection create a tranquil retreat shaped by its coastal setting.

The Approach:
This whole-home renovation transformed a dated 90s interior into a warm, welcoming retreat for modern family life and entertaining. Guided by the original architecture, the design maximizes natural light and ocean views while drawing its palette and materials from the beach, sea, and sky. The result feels timeless, relaxed, and distinctly coastal.
