The result is a warm, collected home that honors its vintage character while feeling fresh, personal, and effortless for modern family life.

The Approach:

Working within the home’s original footprint, the layout was carefully refined to improve flow and create spaces that feel cohesive while maintaining their own identity. Original character is balanced with clean lines, natural materials, and thoughtful functionality, creating a home that works hard for a busy family without ever feeling that way.
