The Vision:
Located in the heart of Atwater Village, this contemporary loft balances an industrial, gallery-like sensibility with warmth, comfort, and a distinctly personal point of view. Art, texture, and an eclectic mix of influences soften the architecture, creating a home designed as much for everyday living and creative work as for entertaining.
The Approach:
Working within the loft’s contemporary architecture, vintage and antique furnishings were layered with mid-century pieces, original artwork, and collected objects to bring warmth and character to the open space. Each piece was chosen to contribute to the larger composition while allowing the home to remain flexible and relaxed, equally suited to quiet everyday life, creative work, or a lively evening with friends.
